Banana nut muffins with peanut butter frosting + jungle decoration for the boys :)

Cake
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas (2 1/2 medium)
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs

Frosting
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 cup milk

Mix all ingredients for cake and put in form - if muffins, then bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. If cake then 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for frosting and put on when cake is cooled down.
